Just because somebody is paid to do something doesnt mean that if you offer them enough money they would stop doing it for rest of eternity . I'm a social worker. I work for an income, but that doesn't mean I could.jusr stop.being a social worker. Sure I'd retire and not work , but you cant just erase that part of me as its part of my makeup
Just like with any job, there are those that are only there for the money (these are the people you don't want to hire), and people that truly enjoy what they do (ideally hire these folks). Same with pro cuddlers.
In this hypothetical scenario, what's to stop me from taking the money, but continuing to cuddle? Maybe it's part of some lifelong university study on the effects of lack of touch? In that case I wouldn't want to ruin the data.
Hm... Tough choice, but I think I'd take the money. That's more than enough to emigrate and I feel 'cuddle' is a loose enough term there's way to get around it if it's a legal contract. If it's some magical or divine contract, it'd definitely be more difficult but I'm confident in my ability to talk my way around anything lol. I'd take the money and stop cuddling, instead snuggling or box-standard hugging.

Well honestly... It'd be a lot harder to take the money if I actually had anything to lose. I can't miss what I already don't have.
A million dollars is not enough to lose out on this human experience.
However, for a billion dollars, the amount of ecosystem I could save, the number of people I could provide a dignified living for, I would make that choice, and still bask in this beautiful earth, even without another's body intertwined with mine, I am a fully complete being.
