Who is your favorite super villain? Il start for me its Omni-man
Some pple in my life story. Lol
Man, Invincible is a great story. I haven't seen the show yet, but I read the series and its really incredible. Subverts expectations in a good way. Omni Man is a great character
This is a tough one. In comics a good villain all comes down to the writer. And in well written story lines, I do love myself some Dr. Doom. On the other hand, I didn't care much either way for Homelander in The Boys comic, but the actor in the tv show makes me unable to take my eyes off his performance. He makes me despise his character with every ounce of my being while loving every second of his screen time. That's an impressive balancing act that I can't help but respect.
Wylie Coyote.
@Btown - That's a villain? I think you have it backwards. I always rooted for him to finally catch that bird.
@Btown I love Coyote, but doesn't a super villain have to be more of a master mind type vs. a powerful or central antagonist? I could be wrong.
@Mike403 C'mon man, he tried to kill that bird so many times.
@Btown - If something feathery creature kept mocking up while spitting out swear words (censored to "beep beep"), you'd want to kill it too.
@Mike403 This is the Johnny Lawrence story.
In fact, I really like Johnny Lawrence. He oughta puttem in a body bag Johnny, yeah!
I'm right there with you on Doctor Doom, @SoothingTapioca. Combining science and magic; evil, intelligent, polite; and his sense of humor (and style)... perfect.
I never felt like any of the movies did him justice—except the 1994 Fantastic Four film. Incredibly cheesy, but so right.
Dick Dastardly for me.
Satan
@pmvines hey Satan is also my favorite! The ultimate 'villain' who loves you just the way you are. The OG fighter for autonomy. lol.
Way too hard to pick one. I'll just list em. Loki, Venom, Carnage from Marvel Joker and Riddler from DC Raditz, Broly, and Cell from Dragon Ball Z Younger Toguro and Shinobu Sensui from Yu Yu Hakusho.
@pmvines @MxSmith I love his portrayal in the (audio)book “The Story of God” by Chris Matheson.
I'm tempted to say Multiverse Wanda.
@MxSmith my favorite angel indeed
It’s not even close - Martin Shkreli The hedge fund manager who bought the patent for a life saving drug for infants and AIDS patients then raised the price from $13.50 per pill to $750.00 per pill. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3243938/Ex-hedge-funder-32-hated-man-internet-defends-jacking-prices-AIDS-medication-5500.html
However, my favorite fictional super villain is Heath Ledger’ as The Joker.
There's only one super villain.
Ursula, the Sea Witch.
For me it is a toss up for two different characters played by Gary oldman. Either his role as Drexel in true romance or as the dirty cop in the professional.
Mr. Sinister from the X-Men was highly under rated.
Homelander 😁
Hans Landa AKA The Jew Hunter
Dr. Drakken & Shego all the way. Though you could argue they're a comedic duo as well. 😊
Agreed @shakeyone1 49
Another nostalgic favorite is Percival C. McLeach from "Rescuers Down Under."
professor chaos
Typo in my first message. Meant to say I agree with @Shake49
@sunnysideup Agreed. Professor Chaos is evil incarnate
