As long as it stays platonic and she's comfortable with it, then I don't see anything wrong with it. Being on my feet for long periods of time, I'm usually very appreciative of foot massages.
Yes, if the person gives consent AND this is not satisfying a foot fetish. The terms of service stipulate that one may not satisfy a fetish or kink during a cuddle session.
