Are those magic mushrooms 🍄 you are growing. Everything looks fabulous. As a single mom I have to make quick meals and wish I had time to be so creative. Everything looks delicious! It's great that you are so passionate about cooking and are able to do what you enjoy. I know how it feels to have struggles and how much a creative outlet like cooking can be a life preserver.

I find cooking to be a fun prospect even if I do end up becoming hot and overheated and unable to immediately eat because I’m not heat tolerant but I enjoy it immensely. Sometimes when I feel down I’ll cook though it does lead to your food tasting of sadness sometimes but hey something I love.

Yeah it was I normally just get italian ice off from street vendors or ritas
@HumbleBaron I find stuff like this so interesting. I prefer the creaminess of ice cream and soft serve. I might have to go to DQ and get a butterscotch cone. That's the less popular flavor of course.
No photos, just a list. I’ve been making ice cream again. The last three batches: doughnut ice cream, lavender ice cream (from lavender taken from our front yard), and lime sorbet. Tasty and fun to share with friends.
@HumbleBaron - I see you’re in Elizabeth, NJ. My mom was from Jersey City and there was a park down the street, I want to say it was called Washington Park. There was always a truck at the park selling Italian ice. Fond memories from my childhood.
Wow nice I think I passed by that park one time mostly go to journal square area of Jersey City but yeah its like those trucks
