@Hannie868 - Woah you do bachata! I do bachata, kizomba, and zouk! Bachata is my favorite- love Prince Royce, Grupo de Extra, Natti Natasha, and Leslie Grace.

@saltwaterlover Wow! What a change! Sounds like you love nature though. .

Ocean living reminds me of this song:

  • Iโ€™m fairly new to this site. Iโ€™ve been here actively for the past month. Iโ€™ve been able to cuddle 4 times and Iโ€™ve loved each one.
I enjoy reading the forums. When I come across disagreeable comments I move on.
I think Iโ€™ve commented a few times but I usually enjoy taking things in and digesting the information. In person, people say Iโ€™m a good listener.

  • @Snickerdoodle17 Listening is an important skill!

  • @meekyeeky How's the scene in Washington? You seem like a cool person. I'm sure pple would love to cuddle with you given the right scene and active cuddlers!

  • Always watching...

  • @cylee1180 - yes, I find nature (water especially) and animals (birds and deer especially) to be grounding and help me to be present.

  • then you might want to come to my neighborhood saltwater. i can sit in my recliner and watch birds and deer. the other day i saw four does, seven fawns and the buck. they feel so safe in my neighborhood they hardly ever run away if you keep a good distance. it's great.

  • @achetocuddle - that sounds amazing!! Lucky!! I love to hear the birds chirping and deer seem so graceful and peaceful!

  • the other day 2 fawns were eating the crape myrtle at the next door neighbors @saltwaterlover. if my neighbor had known he would not have been happy. he is anti-animal and anti-tree. Lol. I was indoors and stayed there cause the sound of my patio door would have bothered them. They were about 5 yards away; so close and yet so far.

  • @achetocuddle - your neighbor sounds like a gem hahaha

  • Always feel like somebody watching me

  • @saltwaterlover He's a peach. Try helping him for a week after back surgery. Lol.

  • @cylee1180 ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  • @TNNative Love that song!

@achetocuddle Road trip to the Clay Aiken nature reserve!

  • @cylee1180 Should I get back to my reserve? Lol. I will if you say so. I'm putty in your hands :) I love that song too. Gotta watch that video now.

  • @achetocuddle Whatever, GOAT! ๐Ÿ

@Btown :3 :3 I'm so impressed and inspired by the volunteer work that you do! Thank you for being such a (I'm assuming) thoughtful and generous person.

@cylee1180 Well... sheepish grin The truth is that I barely do bachata! Hahaha. I had so much fun learning, though, and I'd really like to keep practicing! How/where did you learn to dance?! Super neat!

@Snickerdoodle17 You look like you have a genuinely kind smile. :)

@oberon Love your photos! Haha. And yesss -- a fellow redhead AND Shawshank fan!

@achetocuddle That scene sounds very serene (unintentional rhyming = happy accident).

@saltwaterlover Totally agree about nature being grounding. The sound of birds chirping is something that almost always makes me smile (at least internally if not externally).

    @TNNative ๐Ÿคฃ

  • @cylee1180 Lol. Pretend I know how to do a wink or salute emoji. Cuddle on.

@achetocuddle This IT lesson has been brought to you by cylee1180 . Lol But I'm not THAT Asian. =)

@Hannie868 Around 2012 or 2013, I was doing salsa. A friend of mine out in California told me of a newer dance that's like "sexy" salsa. I had to check it out. At the time, in the DC area, there was only 1 class in the area: I had to metro into town and the class was at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Lol

Bachata is by far my favorite style and type of Latin dance music. I've since branched out to kizomba and zouk and now ballroom too.

  • @Hannie868 - same for birds chirping.

I love solitudes music as it has natures sounds with music ๐Ÿ’—

  • @cylee1180 Lol. It's hilarious how tech-lazy and unobservant I am. I'll try to remember I've asked you this and ask someone else the next time. Lol. :) =) ;) :p B) :3 <3

  • So glad solitudes music was mentioned. Gonna check it out :)

  • @achetocuddle You've gone emoji crazy! This has got to stop! ๐Ÿโ™‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿโ™‘๐Ÿ‘

  • @cylee1180 I'm impressed by how much you know about dance and how many you have done. I have to look up words in the dictionary all the time when I read your posts.

  • @achetocuddle - You start with a gateway, then you get into the heavier stuff...lol

@achetocuddle It's kinda true. Lol I started w salsa, then heard about bachata. Then the venues that taught bachata also taught kizomba. The venues that host kizomba also did zouk, which has a similar beat... then I have family members getting me from an old couch in a living room in a bad neighborhood bc I'm supposed to be at work. Lol

  • I never even read the forums haha!
