I didn't read all the replies, but there is no reasonable "getting to know you" period. It takes however long it takes whether that's a minute or ten years.
My suggestion is that if you feel good interacting with this person then continue to do so. If you are not feeling good about it (which seems to be the case) then stop interacting with them.
Continuing to do something negative for you will only build resentment and make you unhappy.

That's crazy it's like let me spend money just to talk and get to know each other. This should be free consultation. Better off just trying to find a girlfriend. Or go on dates where you hug the girl at dinner.
We don't know the arrangement these two people have for meeting in public places. She could very well be paying her own way, I know I would insist on it . They may hold hands, hug or cuddle at the movie theater or park.
These are talking points from a morally-questionable community, but here they are, modified slightly to make sense for cuddling: 1. You can't negotiate genuine desire 2. People will make rules for those they don't want to cuddle, and break rules for those they do.
To be angry about these truths would be like cursing the rain.
