Connecticut Fun fact: Did you know you are required by law to drive 15-20+ over the speed limit while within State lines? Lol y'all are crazy.
Weirdly, this State felt smaller than the previous two. Probably because they are giving the autobahn a run for its money, but the drives did fell shorter, in a good way.
No time for cuddles, but I got to spend time with a wonderful angel and honestly one of the best, kindest soul I've met on this site. Thank you so much for the little picnic and for going on a walk with me!
Massachusetts Better than Rhode Island, or so I was told, hehe.
Did not like the west part of the State, really liked the Worcester area, Boston had my anxiety working double time. Too many people, streets too busy but surprisingly clean.
I had a really nice cuddle time while in Boston. Really helped me after driving around in circles in the city from missing so many turns.
Rhode Island I almost wasn't able to take a picture with the State capitol building before sunset, but managed to just in time, a few minutes before it got dark.
Even though it is the smallest State, it didn't really feel that small. Probably because the speed limit is 25 or 35 everywhere, so it takes ages to get around. Lots of biking, tourists, and one way streets. Quite pretty, try to take a ferry ride if you are ever visiting.
What better way to end this little trip than to go on a bicycle ride, take a ferry and then cuddle/chat with one of you wonderful peeps in an island for a few hours. 10/10 would do it again!
I may be doing this again next year, stay tuned!
The end...?
I don’t know if I’ve ever taken in the beauty of some of the official buildings of New England before! I admire the spirit of your trip! Hope I can do some traveling like this sometime 🙂
Loving your journey ❤️❤️
Hello you wonderful, kind souls. It has been a minute since I was last able to travel due to health, family and work but soon I'll be able to mark off another State from my list.
If there are any Colorado peeps in here, you are more than welcome to share places you think I should visit during my stay, that would be most appreciated. I will probably spend most of my week in the Denver area but I'm willing to travel and see other parts of the State as well.
I have a couple of friends just outside of the Denver area, I was there picking up my pup in March!
What an awesome adventure you have had in the past few years- minus your time off due to your health- family and work, but because you posted again, I was happily able to look at this thread and look at your journey, I love the photos you have shared in the many different states.
Wow! That’s awesome. I don’t get many breaks where I can travel and cuddle, but my free time off may be used to visit different states. Love it, and love all the pics!!
