Depends on the decade. First there was Asteroids, Break-Out, Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Defender, Tempest, Donkey Kong, Gauntlet, Ghosts 'n Goblins, Tetris, Golden Axe, Smash TV, X-men (1990). Later, the Pokemon series (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, then Platinum, Pearl, and Diamond). Mario Kart. Turn-based, like the Civilization and Age of Wonders series. RPG's like Asheron's Call, Neverwinter Nights, Diablo II, Guild Wars I and II, Morrowind, Skyrim. Sims like the Sims series, Minecraft, Stardew Valley, No Man's Sky. @DaringSprinter - I haven't finished Sword/Shield yet, so no-go for me with Violet/Scarlet - yet.

Contractors is the only game I've consistently played in the past year or so, it's like call of duty in VR, pretty addicting. Used to play a lot of doom lol

The Horizon series has everything I want out of a game. Adventure, beautiful graphics, and unique character designs.

Working too much to play a lot these days but on days off or after work I'll load up gta 5 and just screw around doing random things. The open world is so good in that game. Other than that I pop on Project 1999 (Everquest 1 from 1999-2000 era) and see what the old guild and everyone is up to. Can't play nonstop like I used to but it's still nice to admire all my raid gear and see everyone still going lol.
@VaniRae31 @CuddleBarista1 YES!!! I also very much loved ToeJam & Earl! A more modern game that got me laughing really hard is Tales from the Borderlands.
Nowadays, I mostly just play Beat Saber on the Oculus to get more exercise.
