@LRCuddler101 I am so happy for you. That is wonderful. And all those jobs you applied for... you are incredible. I know you did what you had to do, but it is awesome. Over 4 months of living in that kind of uncertainty and you didn't know when it would end. I'm impressed.
@pmvines So glad you still poo. The alternative would be gut-busting:) @OhioMike I'm really glad those seniors in that pic all had a poo cause if they didn't they might want to tell everybody about it IN DETAIL. LOL.
I made someone smile just by smiling at them. It’s not a lot, but sometimes it’s the little things. 🤗
@waynewv that's some shiny new toy! Love it.
@pmvines glad to hear your fiber intake is adequate. And for your comfort when you visit in August, I have a bidet.
The shop managed to straighten the rim, and I got it back on the car. Potholes and crappy road construction
I applied for a good job and someone contacted me less than 4hrs later, highly interested. Already completed several steps of the process. It’s a big accomplishment because I am not happy with my current job and the one before I spent over 10yrs being miserable at that one. It will be a good positive change.
@cuddlecomfrt421 Yay for you. I hope you get the job.
@LRCuddler101 Sorry you went through that. I went through the same thing recently and had to live in AirBnB rentals and friends houses. Sending best wishes🤗
I got out of a depressive spiral without using unhealthy coping mechanisms
@LadyAmarynth well done!
Everyone here is doing great ❤️
This week I started IVs on three different "hard stick" patients on the first try, shared a lot of laughter at work, comforted my daughter, and rehabbed my backyard.
We're not going to talk about the day I was 2 hours late for work because I just could not get out of bed 🤦♀️
@Cuddle_RN ooh good work. I could never get the hang of venipuncture cause I was so concerned with hurting patients I'd end up going too slow and hurting them anyways. I really admire folks who can get hard sticks first try!
@Cuddle_RN Lol. Rehabbed your back yard:)
I tried rock climbing for ~2 hours, went home and passed out from 6pm to 3am.
Any actual me climbing was maybe like totaling 10 minutes… but I guess this is how mountain goats all start! 🤔
And the positive thing about it is that I was looking up ☝️
This thread made me so proud of all of you, and I don’t even know you (yet)!
I felt most accomplished this week when I chose not to set an alarm and then also stared at a wall (did nothing) for awhile. I have allowed my life to become so busy after feeling isolated that I feel like I’m drowning sometimes. Recognizing the need for balance again.
@shannont Most of us need to start doing this or do it more. And/or sit outside doing nothing:) Nice post.
I learned that painting the bathroom is not an easy task.
I did an overnight every day this work week, doubling my pay 😊 -at my day job. That and I have two cuddle sessions this weekend. Feeling abundant and blessed.
@LRCuddler101 congrats on your new job! I know how stressful that can be. May I ask what it is?
@MxSmith I hope it came out OK, so to speak.
Still pooping
I got up out of bed.
Something Cool that I accomplished this week was getting my first Karma...and a 5 star at that! Its so much more difficult for guys to get bookings I hear (on account of all the creepers out there) so Its nice to start building some trust.
My boss is happy with my performance at work and gave me a raise. Don't know how much the raise is yet 😂
@Asmrcuddly - cool! I'm more used to this: (jk)
Reminds me of my other boss giving me a task and then saying I thought you would have been done with that by now. Thanks appreciate that! Wasn't even doing it slowly or anything he's just like GO GO GO GOOO.
So much 😂 Finished up fall homeschooling curriculum and event planning. Got holiday dinner planned and bought. Cleaned up the house. Went for a few runs with pups. Created over 30 Thanksgiving cards for senior citizens in a home.
Can I fall over now?
