@Brandi Oh, the kind made from chickpeas? I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I will admit to enjoying vegan / vegetarian food on occasion, and not only are the breaded faux chicken things actually quite tasty, but I also just love chickpeas in general.

For #1 i'm going with bread pudding. It's like a cinnamon roll but with fall flavors and bourbon. It needs a better name tho, it just sounds like liquified bread.
