I had an NDE in September 1979. Yep, been to the light for real but had to come back for this.
A guy tried to mug me with a knife in Ireland and I took his knife and made him throw his shoes in the river.

Richard Pryor used to say if a guy pulled a knife on you and all you could pull out is a hand with some skin on it, RUN! And teach your old lady how to run too so you won't have to go back after her But i'm glad it worked out well for @pmvines.
Yeah they were too close and clumsy. Maybe people in the UK or more polite and compliant. I'm from Alabama my guy that's a big nope from me . Plus I've been stabbed before and shot at . Hell I was with a guy when I was 15 who got shot in the face right next to me when a dope slinger shot into our car . Dude drove up the hill to the ER and was released 2 days later lol

I attended a Marc Anthony concert last year at Mohegan. Grew up on his music, was my first time seeing him, and it was a random gift to my mother as well. He was late and when he finally showed his face it was obvious he was under the influence (he looked like he was on the 3rd day of a binge if you know what I mean). Show went on, all the drunks danced, and I sat to the side cross legged giving him the ultimate "you've disappointed me" look. Similar to a mother scolding a child. And I kid you not he spotted me and I did not move/break eye contact. He ultimately looked away after a couple minutes but considering how stuck he was I could tell he read my body language correctly bc he looked down ashamed. If you've ever been to his concert you know he prefers everyone standing. So I was happy to annoy him as much he annoyed me. Him noticing almost made up for the amount I paid.
@Vianca sometimes there is no more of a disappointment than meeting our heroes. I remember meeting Earth Crisis when they played a show my friend booked for a local club and haven't listened to them in the same way since
I've driven every interstate in the country end to end except one.

It runs through six states. I have been to the southern most state end, and even been to the northern most state It terminates in but never all the way to the end of it.

No, interstate roads. I've traveled every single one of them in the country end-to-end except for one.
Don't look at States, look at the roads specifically North South interstates.
