Do* we have to have each other's added as friends in order to leave Karma?
Lol I meant Do* not "Does". Facepalm.
Thanks.
I believe you have to have had at least 3 message exchanges and then have to have cuddled them. Then the part on their profile that says karma, click on that, and then it will let you leave it
I've seen some karma given for just having enjoyable conversations too
Yes, I have gotten karma for hanging out for coffee and showing the person a few sites. Not really much in terms of cuddling apart from a few hugs, but was def fun times. I suppose might be considered cuddle lite?
Alright. At least 3 messages I see.
It does say you've had to at least meet, so some I've met never got to that stage though I would leave that they were "nice to meet once" (uniquely to the person lol).
Yes, though as the rule you've had to meet the person as people can be different in person and that's the end goal. Though it is what it is, just that we should all try to do that way following the rule.
I couldn't leave Karma for one person I've met though it could be due to not talking much here I suppose. Thank you!
@Lovelight If we could give karma just based on digging the person I would have given you 5 stars a long time ago!
karma for everyone!! lol just playing
@oOashley I would have given you karma a couple of times by now !
wonder if it would be acceptable if you could give karma if you did a skype video call or something
awe yay!!! *I'd smoosh you with huggies lol
Lol, thanks that's (where are my words?) thoughtfully rapt.
Edit: I don't suppose I make much sense grammatically though I'll break that rule some.
I suppose you could. I have seen here where some people will offer a phone or skype session, not sure how that would work considering no physical cuddling, but it does apparently happen. In that context, I'm not sure that karma would not be permissible, as it is something advertised as an additional option to cuddling.
but isnt part of what you want to see in the karma is if the person is warm, loving and comforting? I feel like that could be expressed in a video call. interested in @mark opinion on this
Me too, interesting thought
Lol, um to each their own - some people might do. Though I would really stick by the exact rule written when writing a karma. To me it's sensible and more meaningful too that way.
I also specifiy if I had cuddled with the person or it was just a no hug, no cuddles meeting - I wouldn't get too detailed though because I am not writing a cuddle novel lol.
@pmvines: Mark explained to me in an email that members of the site have to exchange three messages each way before the karma feature is revealed and leaving karma becomes possible. So three messages from you to another member then three messages from that other member back to you before karma can be left.
You have to have met the cuddler in person. Karma will come with time. Do it the old fashion way...by cuddling.
Are there any actual rules written on the site in regards to karma?
When you leave Karma the box states that you had to have met in person or the person was a no-show
Yes!
Totally, it's just that not every meeting leads to a mutual connection - and I generally prefer not to cuddle with someone first meeting. Though if I enjoyed meeting the person I mention that and say what I think of them.
Oh yea it does, only it doesn’t say that you had to have had a cuddle session or not.
Correct
