How do i whistle i been trying for years !🥺

Im 37years and I can't whistle I been trying since high school. I watched an hour of YouTube videos and still been unsuccessful. Is it genetic are some people not designed to be able to do it?? I just want to be able to whistle at least once before I die.. help!

    Maybe just forget about it. It’s not worth stressing over it’s not that big of a deal.

    I don’t know how one can explain how to do it. I can whistle fine but I can’t do that loud whistle that coaches do, so I understand the struggle.

    I suspect that has to do with the shape of the mouth and lips. When I was younger I could imitate some birds well enough to fool some good birders. Today, I can just barely make a sound.
