I'm wondering has anyone ever had a pro cuddlier back out at the last minute. I only ask because I have a session in nine days, and I've been unable to get a hold of them. I texted a day or so ago, just to see how they were doing as well to say I have gotten the money ready. I'm not expecting much, but I thought maybe a simple I'm doing ok would be good. Just throwing this out there, if I should be worried.

    I’m hoping you receive an answer soon. Unfortunately, pros that don’t fully understand how much is fully a part of cuddling and how much it entails do back out. I’m hoping this isn’t the situation but if the pro doesn’t respond a day or so before the cuddle, I would work to find another to book with. Good luck 👍🏻

    I've had Pros cancel day before, morning of the session and had a no call no show. Same with an Enthusiast. Nothing is for sure.

    I agree nothing is for sure. The problem is i'm meeting them downtown, and the last thing I need is a no call no show and be stuck downtown. The other two I can live with, but not a no call no show.

    If it’s the day before your meet up and they haven’t sent you any messages, do not go downtown. If there was some emergency that made it so she can’t answer messages for like, a week (which doesn’t sound possible), then you two can find another day. If it’s the day of and there’s still no answer, do not go and “hope” she will be there.

    I would agree with - if you don't hear from them the day before - Send a message a day before Confirming everything. Or plan on seeing someone else.

    Your concern is valid, though sometimes pros do take a little break from time to time. They will usually post it to their profile, but I see that is not the case here. Since your session is still over a week away, you could ask to confirm the appointment if you have their contact info, and then I would leave them be. If the date starts approaching and you still haven't heard anything, please let me or one of the mods know because I don't believe that would be typical behavior of the person in question.

    I'll do that, its not like I'm messaging them every day. Yesterday was the first time in over a nine days. But I'll be patient.

    I'm sure they're fine. Seems like your anxiety is getting the best of you. Try to engage in hobbies to distract your mind. Don't take this negatively tho. You're not alone with this nervousness. I've experienced too many times anxious ppl messaging me daily leading up to a session. I try to be patient and will respond but I don't even like to text/message my own mother daily so I'd be lying if I said it wasn't annoying.

    Everyone (including pros) cancel last minute for various reasons. Don't over think it or take it personal. Like everyone said just cancel if no response within 24-48hrs of session. In the meantime I suggest you start reaching out to other pros. Build rapport with someone else and if all goes well let them know your situation. Maybe they won't mind setting up a tentative session in case the first one goes through.

    I’d be nervous too, no one is too busy to quickly answer a text to confirm an appointment. This is a business at the end of the day. I hope she answers but I wouldn’t stress about it too much. either she answers or she doesn’t and if she doesn’t just assume the session has been canceled and try your luck again with another cuddler :)

    Has the Pro been online recently? Did you schedule the cuddle thru the site here? I work FT and then some, but still chat regularly with past and future clients.

    I agree with @Vianca. Also, I’d make sure that whatever you texted her was something that warranted a response. Not just a “hello.” If your goal is to confirm your session, ask to confirm your session, if you haven’t done so directly, yet.

    IE “Hey! Looking forward to seeing you again and just wanted to confirm our session on Sunday (3/26) at 3PM. 🤗”

    I just wanted to say thank you for everyone's concern and advise. I will give her a few more days to see if she wanted until we were a few days away. I also want to say its very comforting to know I finally have a forum that welcoming and non judgemental

    Unless you're traveling and renting a room tbh 9 days advance confirmation is quite far out. Usually i text the day before or morning of.

    You don't need to tell someone you're getting the money. It's kind of expected that you give the pro his/her rate at the start of the session.

    Are you expecting constant contact? Texting is an additional service some do provide.

    No. I just did it from time to time. I'm one of those people who is ocd, and wants to make sure all the t are crossed and the I is dotted.
