So questions how do yall get your cuddling fix on the road?

Like I think it's cool I would be visiting different areas and seeing different parts of the country but I seen a couple threads that talk about fears of cuddling in a Semi (for valid reasons in alot of situations)

So how do yall do it? Do you get a room? I feel the other person hosting seems difficult because of parking with the semi. Lol or do you just wait until your home?

Any Truckers with experience with this i would love to pick your head and maybe chat privately as well.

    Ive seen a few truckers they usually uber to me or get a room and i give them extra time since they paid the room. All have seemed sweet or we may even do a public cuddle at a movie theater

    In my experience I typically host and I have a quiet neighborhood with tons of parking.

    But a hotel room is a good second option --- some hotels you can book by the hour too.

    Dayuse.com is a great option for booking, I’ve used it a few times. It’s much less $$$.
    I am curious about cuddling in a Semi? Where do you cuddle? In the cab I’m assuming? Fill us in! 😊

    @carrieanne not sure about semi cuddling as I have yet to do it. I would assume in the cab/bunk in back.

    As far as dayuse I tend to find the price very similar to the full rate just gave better timing if just cuddling before normal checkins. I guess if I'm using the room for the night it's not a bad deal but I hate wasting money on an hour or two for a room

    I was able to get a $60 rate for 6 hours (last minute) at a decent holiday inn in DFW, 2 different times but I was probably just lucky because I know it’s usually more $$. It was ok nice but not fancy.
    I hope you’re able to find a good Cuddler, and check out DFW!

    @carrieanne yea I don't know where the truck will take me lol. When I'm home I have a cuddler i prefer and will be seeing whenever I'm home. Going to plan an overnight or at least an extended cuddle with them before leaving.

    @GreatHornedOwl wouldn't want to bother anyone unnecessarily if I can avoid it. I still have months before I'm solo and would be able to cuddle anyway.

    Honestly I'm blessed because an old high school friends is most likely going to train me and I will have some connection for that first little bit.

    I just want to say how happy I am to see the trucking community finding cuddling!! I've seen one trucker and he was local so we didn't need to deal with parking, but i would really love to see more people from your community. Spread the word!! I can't say I'd be comfortable cuddling in a truck, but it does sound fun. If there was a way to make sure it was safe.

    I feel like I need to say. I've been here for over a year already and have had cuddling experiences just trying to understand how I would keep it up with the change in lifestyle.

    I'm made several friends in the forums on sites I will need to meet during my travel. All needing to be pup friendly as I'm bring my babe with me so no completely lonely nights for me

    @MxSmith - It sounds like you may never have been in the back off a truck cab. They may not be very big, but they are intended to be lived in for several days at a time. Some are almost luxurious.

    As for thoes who are afraid of cudding in a truck. it isn't clear to me, how that differs from cuddling at a man's house.

    @GreatHornedOwl you are correct. I have never been in the back of a truck cab. :)
    As for how this is different than a man's house. Well, I don't go to men's houses for cuddling either for the same reason; I'm not trying to get snatched. And getting into someone's vehicle feels like an easy way to get snatched. I know there are plenty of women who do visit people's homes, but personally its not worth the risk or to me. And I know #notalltruckers, but the trucking industry is notorious for human trafficking. One would have to be very sure indeed before getting into a truck for a cuddling session.

    I have found just about all women feel unsafe in my RV and I’m sure they would not want to meet in a truck sleeper.
    I have made contact well before my trip thru a cuddliers area and was asked to meet at a motel or at their place.
    90% of the time I would get an excuse why they could not meet up on my time schedule or just no reply back and some were Pro’s. Be cautious, on 1 trip with my RV I made contact like a month before, was told if I used a local motel it was ok.
    So when I got to the city, I was told once I got a room text the room number then I waited and about 30 minutes past our agreed meeting time I got a text saying , sorry but I can’t do it !!!
    So I’ll never make that mistake again

    If you're driving regional or OTR and park at truck stops or rest areas, make sure you're meeting your cuddler and not some Lot Lizard. Cuddlers will release feel-good hormones. LLs will release HPV. Ha!

    On a more serious note, be aware that many women and under-aged girls are commonly trafficked in and around common truck stops.

    Visit Truckers Against Trafficking to become familiar with signs of women who are being trafficked.

    @MxSmith Yes, they are. I'm not against anyone choosing to do that of their own free will, without any coercion. But I cannot stand slavery, which many women and girls find themselves in today. And modern day slavery is very apparent at truck stops. So I encourage drivers not to engage with them.

    @TxTom oh I'm very aware of my surrounding and would spots most signs from a mile away. Trafficking happens to boys as well I wouldn't turn a blind eye to it.

    @MxSmith I think this country is very backwards in the way of sex workers. But that's with everything to do with a person's body honestly. But that's very off topic.

    @BlackKalel off topic … but your pup is so adorable!! Ok back on topic … personally for a first time cuddle I would prob be really apprehensive about a truck cuddle. Most of us cuddles have one or two people that aways knows where and how we are with. A truck can move location, a house can not. My person that keeps safety tabs on me would probably be willing to park nearby and wait for me, that would definitely make me more comfortable. Maybe you can suggest to them to leave their location on with a friend or to have a friend nearby. Maybe ask if they have other clients that for same day that might want to split cost of a room and the cuddler can stack clients.

    I can definitely understand the fear of cuddling in a semi i did this when i was new and realized very quickly how risky it was when i couldn’t even unlock the door when i went to leave. luckily my client was very nice and we cuddled quite a few times after that. that being said. In the future I would request they either uber to me or offer to pick them up and take them back for help with gas.

    Truck driver's daughter here, grew up in the culture so to speak and have spent time in semis as an adult meeting up with a now ex. Cabin beds these days are a heck of a lot more comfortable than they were in the 90s and early 00s, and worlds easier to get in and out of despite no longer being a spry young thing 🤣

    Safety concerns for women definitely are legitimate just as they would be with car cuddles. Background checks on drivers only go so far and don't guarantee safety. The good news is from what I've seen checking out the DayUse app is that most the hotels/motels that are opting into it are ones popular with truckers and/or are even at truck stops - which makes sense since truck stop hotels probably have the greatest need to fill rooms at odd hours with higher turnover than city center hotels would. That means it's more likely that they'll have semi parking - it never hurts to give the front desk a call before booking on short notice or when on the way to check-in to double check that there's space though (speaking as a long time hotel employee here as well).

    Public cuddles are another option - going to the movies or grabbing a picnic lunch and cuddling in the sunshine on a blanket are simple pleasures often overlooked.

    So I have decided I'm going to make a list of cuddles across the nation and make plans to try to cuddle favorites been already been bummed people were out of my area.

    So another benefit of OTR is I can meet a bunch more.

    I also did not want to cuddle in the truck. Too many movies I guess😆
    Ask your cuddler for practical places to park in their neighborhood
    They might even be happy to come retrieve you. That's what I did but I'm special like that 😊

    @dave31415 Movies never show them sleeping on the road in my experience they normally have shady motels which worry from a clean stand point lol

    When I say shady they are small right of the highway and old motel 6 vibes.

    @KaaGee Cuddle Bucket list is different lol like I want to

    Cuddle in a group (will be harder as I need a close male friend to be involved as cuddling requires a vulnerability I'm not use to around men)

    Cuddle Vacation - go away for a weekend not be alone and get to do whatever I want without as much concern for partner lol. Like I want too go here and they are just there for the ride/experience and to provide cuddles lol

    Drive in movie cuddles when I did drive ins before I was to in to small of a vehicle.

    I would like to actually Cuddle in the Back of the Truck at least once. I feel like it would help have good memories there.

    Get that super nice first class on a plane and Cuddle on a long flight.

    Cuddle on a train. Always wanted to take a train across country cuddling during would be nice.

    Luckily I have a partner so alot these I can do with them but I think I would want to pay the Pro or have a fellow enthusiast for the vacation one because I'm programmed to decide what my partner likes. So being kinda selfish would be hard. Why I'm here in the first place to get cuddles on my terms/time frame lol
