@cuddlefaery I’ve always found your comments to be very verbose which is great because it means that you put a lot of thought into what you’re saying I just wish you could’ve been there when I had to write my 50 page thesis for college lol 😂
While we're asking "What's the Point?" I would more specifically wonder What's the point to all these polls?
So far, this has been a very interesting thread. Thank you @lonelytauros. However, as much as I like the thread, I can't see that the poll adds much, if anything. I can't recall the last time I saw a poll here, where I would have liked to be able to check more than one item, and/or would have preferred to have a much longer list of choices, and/or would have liked to have "Other (explain) ___________________________" as a choice.
@GreatHornedOwl well to be completely honest with you the poll is actually a bit of sarcasm and it’s probably one of my biggest personality flaws to be honest lol 😂

@lonelytauros - I generally enjoy sarcasm, and certainly wouldn't call it a personality flaw. This time, I missed the sarcasm, and took it seriolsy.
I read some of the threads but rarely comment. Recently I ventured out and wrote a brief reply that was all in jest. There was no off colored language. No innuendo. It was not aimed to hurt anyone. It was a simple play on words, much like you would have seen from the old SNL character Rosanne Rosanna Danna (for those old enough to remember that bit). To my surprise it was deleted by one of the mods. To this day I have no idea why. I've read much worse things in the forum that garnered not just approval, but praise from the CC community. My only guess is that the mod in question did not "get" the joke.
So, I will continue to occasionally read the threads but will refrain from commenting.
I don't blame you @TeddyBearCA. I've often wished I understood more here in general. I factor in that I'm an odd duck, but still left puzzled quite a bit. And I did love me Some Roseanne Rosannadanna, Lol.
I love the message boards. I love learning new things, hearing other people’s perspectives and being able to share my opinions. Once upon a time these boards are a war zone and it’s nice to see how pleasant they are now a days. Credit to all the mods for keeping this a peaceful place.
