Hello, A friend is trying to access the site. It looks like it might be a server issue (?) , because he has not used the site before so would not be subject to a ban hammer. How does he resolve it?
I was just in South America working for 3 weeks. different countries. I got this in Brasil. Couldn't access on my laptop. So I cannot be any help. but it worked in other countries
Is he trying to log in from a vpn? My work vpn throws messages like that for completely benign sites like gmail.com, they are paranoid about security
@friendlyhugging I have the same thing when I try to access the site from my work computer (which is on a VPN). It works fine on my phone.
Maybe your friend could try from a different device?
This is probably a policy restriction. There is probably a block on social media sites or it may get lumped in with dating sites etc
We show a blue page for network and country blocks, so this is unusual.

If i have my vpn on I can't get on to the cuddle comfort website: If it off I can get on to the site. The blue page yes; if only took me a year to figure it out.
@RadiantHugs The irony is that their security is crap, they want to bullshit you into thinking your data is safe, unlike protonmail who can't even read your stuff on their server (due to end to end encryption) gmail will make it really hard to set up an account because it wants as much data as possible it can get from you so it can sell that to the highest advertising bidder, also requiring a phone number to log into a site is a cringe tier meme to anyone who knows even a basic amount about security.
the solution is use Free Software, have good passwords and strong end to end encryption for example instead of google chat try tox or matrix, both support encryption, and if someone insists on using only google chat then they don't really care about you, people who care about you when they know that you don't have google chat or a cellphone will realize there are other ways to get in touch with you and if they really care than they will send you an email or call you up on your good old landline or this is really crazy, especially when coming from a hikikomori, go and knock on their door, my true friends know that they can actually do that and I'll be okay with it, but of course they are the only ones who know how to do that since they asked how in the first place ^^
and by good password i mean something like this: tnvplp2mc! it's obviously a fake but i can teach you how someone like you can create and remember something like this.
