Dress code

edited June 2023 in General

I'm just wondering if anyone else agrees with me or am I wrong. I have had a few cuddle sessions recently and the ladies show up not showered and clean don't understand. What should you do in these situations.

On what are we supposed to agree/disagree
    with you?

  • I think as long as someone’s teeth are brushed they’re showered and their hair is combed and laundered clothes, what else to people need.

  • Why does one have to be fixed up for a cuddle, it’s not a date?

  • I wear leggings, a t-shirt and no makeup

I wear the same as @Lisa123
I don't get dolled up. I'm freshly showered, freshly brushed (hair & teeth), and wearing clean clothes. That's my version of getting ready.

  • I never wear makeup

  • I’m glad this is being discussed. I’ve only had my 1st professional cuddle yesterday so I was not sure. I showed up in my everyday clothes. Yes I was showered & hair & teeth brushed. It was at a hotel so I changed into pajama shorts & tank top in the bathroom. Is that ok? Should I wear my pajamas under my clothes instead? Or should I just wear leggings & a t-shirt? Can anyone give me any advice or helpful tips please

Being natural and fresh from the shower sounds perfect for cuddling to me. But if I am supposed to send a picture to indicate what I look like prior to a first meeting, and I looked nothing like that picture, there would necessarily be problems. Isn't some level of expectation justified in the other direction?

  • @Plushangel The minimum is shorts and a tank top. But you should wear whatever makes you comfortable no one should be able to dictate what you wear. As for the men they should wear at the minimum. Underwear shorts and a tank top. Make sure to mention to them that boxers with a hole in them do not count as shorts. the shorts should have no openings on the front.

    The red flags wave themselves.
Here's the actual post before he went and edited it.

Both of these were over 100 per hour but didn't say anything cause that's just not me but dang they look nice in profile.

Fixed up? Are they showing up broken down? We are cuddlers, we wear Pj's And comfy clothes that one would wear when they are relaxing.

We ask for your picture for safety, not to sexualize you.

  • It's a cuddle session, not a date. Unless we've scheduled an outing at the mall, movie theater, or dinner, I am not going to be "fixed up." Showing up like I just rolled out of bed is the point. I want to look snuggly, not like I'm trying to impress someone for non-platonic purposes.

  • @buddylab what do you mean by just rolled out of bed, not fixed up? Are you talking not dressed up with full makeup up or a complete train wreck? My only real expectation in terms of how she looks is please be clean and wear clean clothes. I actually prefer no or minimal makeup. If it’s a public cuddle I do like to talk outfits etc so that we’re dressed for whatever event we are doing. When I hear just rolled out of bed i’m picturing hairs all over the place, teeth aren’t brushed and eye crustys lol

But I sent a pic once and next thing I know I am being used for shameless marketing on the Chippendale’s site.

When pros ask me for a picture I assume it is for safety reasons and not because they want to see how good I look. I don’t expect anyone to be “dolled up” for a cuddle session. I want them to be comfortable because cuddling is a reciprocal activity and the more comfortable we both are, the better.

@Plushangel- I’ve known Pros to arrive wearing their cuddling attire and others who change. It’s really up to you.

  • I just redid my ad because of all the ignorant people miss understanding what I was trying to ask come on people.

  • all the ignorant people

You are such a charming person. Can’t imagine why someone wouldn’t get all gussied up for you.

My comment is about the OPs first post.

It’s really helpful for our profile photos to match how we look in real life. Filters and a lot of makeup and editing are misleading and confusing unless you explain in screening that you will be more casual/different in person.
It’s not only women who sometimes don’t look like their profile photos.
    Truth in advertising.

@buddylab You always have the option to leave bad karma if you feel you have a legit complaint about the session. Keep in mind that bad karma can sometimes end up going both ways. But that is your recourse in this situation..Posting about it in the forums will rarely benefit you.

Nope no one misunderstood what you're were trying to say. You completely changed the script. Good thing I quoted you. 🤗

Were we all ignorant or did you not explain yourself very well? We answered based on the information given. Come on, @buddylab.

  • @buddylab thanks for clarifying. I don't think anyone can fault you for expecting a hired cuddler to be showered and clean. Peace and love everyone ♥️

  • @Plushangel I wear shorts under my lounge pants and a tank and then if I wanna change it’s not awkward, and not likely to create an embarrassing situation or carrying around a second outfit

  • @Rezz , thank you for catching his very real, very honest intentions. Obviously you can’t cuddle with someone who doesn’t look like a princess at all times. Make sure to bring a tiara. 🙄🤮

Make sure to bring a tiara.

Bring a tiara? These frogs are getting picky now days.

  • Comments here aren’t making sense. Bottom line, show who you really are, don’t misrepresent yourself.
Pretty sure he wasn’t referring to most people in the forum.

  • Good catch by @Rezz

@buddylab , careful, you're swimming with sharks whilst in these forums.

That's because he went and edited his OP but I quoted it.

I prefer not to wear makeup to a session. I can't imagine anyone wanting my makeup to smudge on them as we cuddle. I am a fan of glitter! Lol

  • [Deleted User]WriterGF (deleted user)

@carrieanne I am having a hard time seeing what this has to do with misrepresentation. He started out saying the pro was not "fixed up" and then moved on to the pro hadn't practiced basic hygiene. He never said they didn't look like their picture.
