I've been here a while and only just noticed the cuddle requests forum on the right I thought they were just statistics I have a whole new forum to explore now. 😃
I was not aware of this. Thank you for sharing! As a pro cuddler I appreciate these forums as they help to navigate different topics.
Sadly, it’s pretty much a ghost town over there…haha.
It's there to filter out the noise from the general forum. You're probably not gonna find a cuddle from posting in the forums. Your best bet is to search and message people directly.
I pop over there fairly frequently and you do occasionally encounter something interesting. Very much the exception, though, it is mostly tumbleweed.

In theory I suppose the cuddle request forum is a good idea. I definitely agree with @Mike403 that it keeps the general forum intact better.
Like many peeps here , when I first joined I put a request there and got zero response ! So I quickly moved on to communicating directly with the folks here 😊
I guess you have to try it once just to see the results for yourself. I do wonder sometimes if anyone has had a meaningful connection, like actually met, thru the request forum ? 🤔
@OhioMike I like to think that they have. I have very occasionally seen a constructive reply and I like to think that the people concerned PM'd each other and it led to something.
@CuddleDuncan we have had so many cool stories explained here on how people have met. It would definitely be nice to hear how members met thru the cuddle request forum 😊👍
