Can two non-pro schedule a cuddling session?

My understanding is that only after a confirmed cuddle session, two users could exchange their contact. However there is not cuddle scheduling option for non-pro.. So how what is the site allowed rule for non-pro to exchange contact and schedule a virtual session?

    The origin of this site is in enthusiast cuddling. The whole professional thing is a bolt-on. Two enthusiasts may exchange contact information whenever they like. However, it is very strongly recommended that communication remain on the site until the first meeting, if not longer. This is for everybody's safety.
