That refreshes the page consistently to see if I got a new message?
It may just be me cause I have attention and validation issues but I'm just curious.
I get a lot of messages back and forth so if I'm waiting on one I'll refresh so I can respond then I'm out again. Little pink dots mean both work and social interaction to me. So... depends on what I'm waiting on. I do have OCD about responding though which is why I'm always on the forums even when I say I'm leaving. If I get a message I have to check. This is why you don't want to piss a person with OCD off. Write an angry letter, check the stove, write an angry letter, check the stove. I used to think it was kinda mean to say BUT in my case it actually applies. I've gotten over thinking I've left the flat iron on and having to turn around to check even if I'm 20 miles away but I still have ticks.
So yes and no.
@stormydaycuddle Thank you Stormy. I can understand that. I guess it is different for Pros. I know dang well for me it's a attention/validation thing. Whenever I see that lil pink dot I get excited like "yay someone wants to actually talk to me??"
@Jova114 I don't refresh because I have push notifications turned on for this site. You can adjust all of that in your Settings. 😊
