Hey everyone ,
I am a fan of the upcoming holidays, and Halloween is one of my favorites and since it's coming up. I wanted to know what everyone is dressing up as for 2023 Halloween.
I'm dressing up as a clown this year, lol ^^
We don't really do Halloween. My daughter got badly scared by another kid when she was 5 and that put her off the holiday completely.
Unfortunately I am not dressing up.

But nah, I don't do it anymore. I did have a cool voice changing Darth Vader mask back in the day though.
@DaveTheBrit I would wear that mask all the time!! Especially when answering the phone
I LOVE Halloween! Trying to decide on a costume. Would welcome input!

Hahahaha! @doobiedoo86 ~ LOVE the word play!!! lol My fella wore a stuffed shark on his head, carried around a pool stick... People literally laughed out loud upon recognizing him as a "Pool Shark"!! @JessieKitties ~ I LOVE Halloween!!! I tried to coerce my fella into being either a Mad Max to my Auntie Entity, or the Captain Kirk to my Lt. Uhura... Neither worked! lol
Now, after being Thing 1, a few years ago-- complete with blue hair!!!-- I'll be strolling around in my Cat in the Hat costume, complete with the tall, red-and-white hat!
I have these super sweet new overalls and I have a mustard color shirt. My kids decided we should all go as minions! I am SO on board. I'll have to come back here to post a photo in a couple of months.
Probably just wear My blood-splatteted dress and fake wound tattoos again! It was comfy and the neighborhood kids liked it.
@doobiedoo86 - I saw someone at a Halloween party several years ago who wore black sweat pants and a black sweat shirt. They had a couple empty coke cups, empty bags of popcorn, candy wrappers, and pieces of popped popcorn attached to their clothing. Their costume was the floor of a movie theater.

I painted my fingers and nose brown and went as a proctologist.
I’m going as a succubus! It’s going to be super detailed and I’m excited for the finished look!

I saved a bunch of tree branches from Texas Windstorm 2023 earlier this year, so my daughter and I are going to make a bunch of those stickmen from the Blair Witch Project and hang them from the trees all around the house. It's going to be friggin' awesome.
