What is the most disturbing horror movie you watched?

I'm going with Hostel with its graphic scenes of torture. That movie makes Jigsaw look like a saint in comparison.

Reality is much more disturbing than any horror movie I've seen, thus far. The twisting torture device in Saw III was disturbingly cool, however...

  • The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

  • I saw this back in the day. even the trailer still freaks me out. Dolls 1987

    The Mist

It has by far the worst ending I have seen in a horror movie. I yelled at the TV like "are you ***ing kidding me!" Utter gut punch.

  • @Drewski1138 The Mist is dreadful through and through lol

  • The Hills Have Eyes. Didn’t make it through that one scene. I think everyone knows what I mean if you’ve seen the 1st 1/4. I feel like it wasn’t okay to go there. It was used as a fear device and not plot or character development. It had no point being there aside from crossing lines and the fact that people think that’s cool/okay…it’s not.

    There’s my rant.

  • Good calls on Hostel and the Mist.

I had to take a shower after watching the Devil's Rejects.

  • Following 👀😊

  • @Nature_Lover_ is this a “grabs popcorn’ type of following or a movie?

  • @stormydaycuddle not at all girl, I'm waiting to see everyone's picks for scary movies because I really enjoy cuddling up and watching a scary movie on cold nights. Can't say that I've seen a good scary movie in a long time!

  • @Nature_Lover_ if you want to be properly disturbed I agree with the others hostel is really something else.
The hills have eyes goes beyond disturbing and not in an entertaining way. They use a scene with sexual assault. So I don’t recommend it at all.

I had to turn off 'Terrifier'... And this is coming from the girl who went "Ahaha, sick!" during the part of 'Silent Hill' (favorite horror flick) where a character gets her skin ripped off her entire body in one fell swoop.

  • Oh yes, Terrifier might be the most messed up. Part 2 is way worse than 1.

  • Martyrs. You can’t unsee it.

  • @stormydaycuddle - I never seen that one and was wondering what was so disturbing about it. I think I'll skip it now.

The new Saw movie (Saw X) comes out this week in theaters.

  • The Human Centipede. Don’t watch it! Just looked it up online and there are three…gross!

  • @maggieyo - Oh yeah. Forgot about that one. They parodied it in a South Park episode.

  • @Mike403 I can’t wait for the new Saw. I love that franchise.

  • @jplemmon - "Part 2 is way worse than 1". Oh Christ, it gets worse? 🥲

  • @stormydaycuddle yes I've seen the hills have eyes and agree with your sentiments about that scene!
    Hostel is also super freaky!

  • High tension is great. When I was a kid sleepaway camp and pumpkin head freaked me out. As well as exorcist .

  • I’d say who sits around and thinks of these things but my current project and my most successful are both horror. 😂😂😂 It’s what I’m supposed to be doing right now actually. 😂😂 I scared the hell out of myself so bad last week I haven’t been to the fourth floor of my house since.

  • @PixiePassions it does believe me lol.

@blkpanther87 Vhs2 is scary as hell. lol I only watched part of it and sone scenes in YouTube too

Rec (Mexican film) and its American rip off Quarantine seem scary. too much for me. about a reporter and firemen entering a building and it being sealed from the outside do they're stuck inside of a building w a zombie outbreak and the power went out. lol

  • @Minestrone101 what is VHS? A horror movie where someone goes to watch a movie and finds out they only have VHS and someone has pulled all the tape out? Because that is terrifying.

  • @stormydaycuddle - Damn. That is scary. What kind of twisted movies have you been watching?

I'm not sure if it's SUPPOSED to be a horror movie but it's plenty disturbing

so here's a story for you

one day when I was a young kid, I was looking through the tv guide and I saw "Alice in Wonderland" scheduled to air on PBS at 1 in the morning.

well I had thought it was going to be the Disney version, and since it was summer and a weekend I could get away with staying up late to watch it

so I tuned in and........it wasn't the Disney version, it was this INCREDIBLY disturbing version from the Czech republic!

I only got about half an hour in, and when I saw the White Rabbit was a taxidermied rabbit in a display, that pulls itself out with nails and was "bleeding" sawdust all over the place I noped out of this movie!

    here it is!

  • @stormydaycuddle A movie and a sequel about pple who found tapes in a house with scary first person pov footage.

    scene:

free stream from Pluto TV and it's sequel is there on demand too:
