Good question. I do see some pros can have multiple locations but I don't know if enthusiasts can do that.
I am a frequent traveler and I just try to message people in advance. If you are a pro or female enthusiast, it may be worthwhile to change your location in advance or do the multiple location thing and mention the dates in your description
Yes, enthusiasts can add a second location. You then show up in search results for both.
You can search anywhere you like, just put the name of the city in the search field.

Traveling is a wonderful opportunity to meet some new cuddle peeps. I agree with the messages above, and I would add that messaging people ahead of your travels gives you a chance to get a feel for them. You can also mention your locations in your profile so other cuddlers have clarity about where your "hometown" is if you want that to be known.
If you prefer just searching for cuddlers, you can also just change the filter option so you can SEE people in the state you will be visiting without changing your actual profile. As a female enthusiast, you get to do whatever makes you feel comfortable and you can add approximately when you might be visiting, or leave it empty and just reach out to people in messages. It is a great option for travel woes.
