Almost constantly double checking myself to be sure what I'm doing is socially acceptable gets exhausting.
Don't overthink things, or worry about what's "acceptable." You'll wear yourself out.
Trust your gut instinct, it's almost always right.

I think I just had the most amazing cuddle experience. We went for afghani food (my favorite), then a sundae, watched this exceptionally cool movie that had us both on edge the entire time, made iced chai latte from scratch (I haven’t done that in years), walked along the pier, swung on the swings at the park talking about rockets and planes (another thing I haven’t done in years lol), went on the air-tram that felt like we were gliding over the bridge, played VR games for the 1st time in my life (he actually held me as I fell out the window of a skyscraper, lol) and had the most amazing relaxing cuddle to fall asleep to with his cutest little cat snuggling up against my arm and falling asleep with us. To top it off, this was his first ever cuddle experience lol. That was so nice.
It has ONLY been the forums. In person it’s been a years-long series of enthusiast ghosting and pro rule breaking otherwise. But the forums have been entertaining and interesting

I hear ya @natickben - I'm in an quiet, rural part of the country with very few in-person cuddle options. And of those, either their schedule isn't compatible, or they haven't logged in for months, or I sent them a message and didn't hear back, or it would cost hundreds to arrange, or some combination of those. (I've got one person who's new who I struck up a nice chat with a few weeks ago and may potentially be a new cuddle buddy if a window opens up but she has two jobs and stays pretty busy so it's up in the air.)
In terms of people I've interacted with on the forums who are geographically closest, that would probably be awesome folks like @achetocuddle (4 hrs. away), @CuddleHugs01234 (4 hrs. away), and @Avebae (5 hrs. away). I do also have a standing invitation for an amazing three-way cuddle with @stormydaycuddle and @SunsetSnuggles if I'm ever in the Denver area (which if that ever happens I'll affectionately name the cuddle event "sunset snuggles on a stormy day") LOL 🌇⛈️🤗
I've met some very cool people in the forums and the conversations are definitely "lively" (to put it mildly haha). But in terms of real live connections, I'm in an isolated location with few options and little chance of that changing any time soon.

I have developed a multitude of beautiful relationships with the women I have encountered on this site. Some I have known for years. The total of all the relationships, of being with women who do not judge or cause drama and with the willingness to be intimate is the best experience
