Hey friends, life has been on the upswing recently and I wanted to create a space to welcome all things giddy, positive and bright :]

And without further ado— my local tattoo shop moved to a new location and it’s closer to me! Not only that, the view is incredible and the studio is lovely

    I think my lucky moment was finding this world of cuddles. On MeetUp originally.

    Lemme tell you, a LOT of groups don’t necessarily wind up changing the trajectory of your life but that one sure did. 😊😊💗

    And it brought me to a place where I could meet beautiful people like YOU!!

    @rightshoelace ^^ the Denver/CO group is pretty neat. Do people still say neat? That's a weird thought but there it is. That's a pretty parlor. Love how well organized it looks. :)

    The colors of the leaves/trees in Portland right now are absolutely stunning!! An incredible display of mind blowing brillance every few feet!!

    Also, my work situations seem to be on an upswing and my away from work life has been steadily improving as well. Whoot!!

    @stormydaycuddle ~ To be fair, the stunning views are predominantly had when looking up so the chaos below isn't seen so much.

    But yeah, not gonna lie ~ The entire city shows the signs of what happens when there's one trauma after another and [the de-funded &/or mismanaged] institutions aren't able to handle even a tenth of the fallout. It's a friggen shit-show at best.

    I am also in the Portland area and can attest to the trees being gorgeous right now. The contrast between them and the seemingly perpetual grey skies and never ending drizzle is truly a sight to behold lol. But seriously, this whole area is amazing all year round.

    @quixotic_life You should come to this side of the river! :)

    Always wanted to visit the PNW myself. The foothills of the Appalachians are a wonder of colors this time of year as well but drizzle is my jam. Of course my jam easily leads to seasonal depression, but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment.

    On the other hand, I recently met a younger woman and had several wonderful dates. Nothing romantic, we don’t necessarily share many same views about anything. But, we have had hours of engaging conversation without either being offended and how often does that happen these days?

    I was in Vermont/New Hampshire recently. Absolutely stunning in the fall. The colors are so vivid you think you are in a top tier comic book. I have seen fall all over the country and New England in October is untouchable although the very rich are buying up the land and less of it is becoming accessible. But it is a bucket list destination in the fall.

    Remember last month when the Mega Millions jackpot was $1.7 billion? I won four dollars.

    And I didn't die at work on three different occasions yesterday. That's pretty lucky, I guess.
