Halal .. marinated chicken and ground lamb over basmati rice with shredded lettuce and chopped cucumbers, tomato., that delicious Halal white sauce mixed in 😋 so yummy!
Baja marinated, smoked chicken thighs, fresh pico de gallo, bird's eye SW blend veggies, Mexican cheese blend with blue corn tortilla strips and fiesta lime ranch, over romaine and mixed field greens. (To my Aspie arse, that's eating healthy. Followed with Everclear Honeycrisp apple cider) 🤣

@SunsetSnuggles thats actually sound scrumputious! Though confused at the chicken and all vegan part..? I say 'actually' after comparing nanchos to crisps (chips for people in the States). Got in trouble 4 my faux pas, my nancho obsessed was very unimpressed. Might have 2 treat him to a nancho bar!

@4cuddles hehe No worries, it was vegan chicken. Some people just get irked if I list off "vegan chicken, vegan nacho cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan Chipotle ranch..." 😝 But yep, the chicken was plant-based. They usually make it from soy, wheat gluten, etc. I haven't had meat since 2017.
