I see I was summoned. Regarding that beach photo, that is not something I would take down. It seems like an innocent photo of people at the beach. If they were doing something sexual like making suggestive gestures or something, then I would.
@Midnight01 Anyone can report photos, and the mod team will determine if action should be taken. A lot of them are skipped, though if action is taken, the user will receive a warning. If it’s really sexual/nudity they usually get banned. Photos are not meant to be sexual, so prudish of us or not, they are removed. There are other sites where people can be as explicit as they want. Not here.

Who TF we are is a community bound by the TOS when we create an account and use this site to meet with others who have also agreed to those same conditions. Regardless of what two consenting adults may choose to do, if outside the TOS then they should be arranged to be done outside of this site (after a completed platonic, bits covered appropriately, meet up).

[moderator] Photo removal will always be a sensitive subject. Shirtless & bikini photos in the context of a beach or a pool generally don't get taken down. The same clothing indoors is likely to be taken down if reported.
Profiles with a high percentage of swimwear pictures have received warnings to add some variety, since swimwear does not meet the minimum clothing requirements of a session. Note that not all photos have to necessarily be session appropriate.
Borderline photos are more likely to be removed if they are sexually suggestive or there is a focus on cleavage or backside. See-through clothing is also bad.
"Would you wear this to church or family dinner?" Is generally a good guideline.
One hilarious example I have just seen is a new "professional" cuddler, who says there is to be "no kissing," and then you look at both her photos . . . and . . . see . . . yes, her lips puckered for a kiss.

While i don't expect anyone to be wearing a nun outfit, some people do have photos that are very visually appealing. That doesn't mean she deserve to be disrespected, but it might attract people who will try to persuade more than cuddle.

I don't know that a lack of surprise should be equated to blame/fault ~ plus, I have yet to meet someone who is oblivious to the 1000's of words their photos may conjure ~ So basically, if you're wearing something that draws the eye, don't get bent when people look.
That said, MEN, for the love of all that's reasonable ~ What someone is or isn't wearing, or showcasing, doesn't give anyone the right to proposition or sexually harass them. So, keep your inside thoughts inside and stop asking for consent to things that are against the TOS!! That's not what it means to ask for consent in this context and you know it. And control yourself. Because how you act isn't anyone's fault/responsibility other than yours. I don't care if they walk in naked under a trenchcoat. The site says "no", and so should you.
