Just want to give a shoutout to the mods here

I was scammed yesterday. Paid a deposit to an enthusiast with zero reviews who never showed up and even gave me a fake address (that is on sale). He/She was online here CC during the appointment time. Repeated text messages fell on deaf ears. After waiting for 30 mins I left. Yeah, I know what was I thinking! My bad. But thanks to the mods for banning that individual after reporting him/her. Stay safe!
Last week I came across an individual who advertised as a sex worker elsewhere. Reported her and she got banned as well.
Shoutout to the mods! Genuinely appreciate all that you do here!

    You paid an enthusiast? Not to take away from your pain of being scammed, but in all honesty I feel you should have reported them instead of paying them anything.

    @RadiantHugs agreed. I accept part of the responsibility :disappointed: . I messed up and paid for my mistake both metaphorically and literally.

    @harry101 it sucks to be scammed. It’s happened to me. It’s never the amount of money involved, the sums are often small enough that I won’t miss them greatly, but what impacts me greatest is how violated I feel. I believe that karma (no not the review kind as commonly known here) has a way of working things out, so best thing to do is move on and be smarter next time.

    Yes, never pay a penny to an enthusiast for cuddles. Any who ask should be reported, as they are trying to avoid site fees (and are showing themselves to not be an honest person, in general).

    @harry101 I think I know the person you're talking about. I also exchanged some messages with her, and I saw that she got banned today. I saw some red flags in her messages to me, but I am willing to forgive a lot to an enthusiast where I wouldn't to a pro. My response to the red flags was to include in my messages to her a "To be clear, we are meeting for mutual enjoyment, and no money will be changing hands," and then I didn't get a response to that, and she was banned the next day.

    I will say that maybe I missed it, maybe I just didn’t understand, when I first started I went through so many professional profiles I was seeing required payments for that I wasn’t exactly sure if enthusiasts paid a site fee or required some kind of deposit as well.
