Report the Pro and send your evidence in the report. The forums is not the place to do this.
Let this serve as a hard lesson to those who think booking and otherwise making arrangements outside of the site is a good idea.
When booking through the site, both parties are agreeing to a date/time, session duration, and price along with the site rules of conduct during the session. This is a legal contract everyone agrees to for each session so the Pro and Client can be held liable for what's been agreed should either side break any part of the agreement.
Booking outside the site or otherwise making arrangements for a different kind of service is a severe breach of the site rules and is one of the quickest ways to get banned with zero chance an appeal will even be considered, much less read.
This site member claims to have lost nearly $15k and he's not the first who, like others, decided to not book through the site or set up a monthly arrangement with a Pro (i.e. sugar daddy/sugar baby), and ended up losing thousands of dollars. In each instance, even though they knowingly didn't follow the site rules on booking sessions through the site, they came running to the site demanding we help them get their money returned and that the site would be held liable and would be hearing from their lawyer.
Cuddle Comfort cannot be held liable for what you do outside the site.
There is a misconception every Pro listed on the site is an employee of Cuddle Comfort, which isn't true even in the slightest. The Cuddle Comfort site is a job specific posting board, a place where those who have a business charging for their cuddling service can list themselves while those looking to hire someone offering the same service can find and hire them. The site does collect a small fee for helping facilitate a Pro and Client finding one another while ensuring everyone follows and is held to the site rules; Pros have a contract with the site they agree to about the bare minimum of how they will conduct their business using the site and Clients have a contract they agree to for meeting with Pros.
In this particular situation, both sides were booked outside the site 6 months ago, and since then OP was regularly sending her significant amounts of money hoping whatever communication they had going would become a sugar daddy / sugar baby relationship before recently trying to get a refund when she wouldn't agree. He only thought money would help his chances as she had a profile on a known site used for those wanting a sugar daddy / sugar baby arrangement.
Both had been banned with zero chance of their appeal being accepted.
