Were any of your relatives burned in the Salem Witch Trials? (actually yes so this was super insulting) You're so pretty for a redhead. um ok-- weird Gingers rule. When you get mad does your hair glow deeper red?
So many more I cannot put in this forum. lowkey condescending but meant as compliments. I am glad we have come a long way past underhanded 'compliments" of the 80's and 90's.
@lonelytauros thank you 😊 and not exactly. I've been in dance since I was 3 and back then I was heavily into a ballet company and was choreographing for some local theater companies. I've been in and around stages all my life pretty much, am usually more comfortable on them than in most social situations 😅 very briefly tried to get into modelling around that time as I had the height and build for it, but absolutely did not/do not have the personality for it. I prefer to be behind the scenes teaching, choreographing, stage managing, directing, etc. I enjoy performing, but conversely dislike being center of attention 😂
@SunshineHug omg, yes - the inappropriate comments/questions/”compliments". I have redheads on both sides of my family and since I have a lot of red in my natural hair color I tend to read redhead when I dye it more natural reds.
Maybe it's because redheads are so rare and eye catching? Or because (for most people) maintaining artificial red is so difficult? 🤷🏻♀️ Who knows. But the comments I get when a full red rank up there with the tall ones I get 🙄🤦🏻♀️
