Are there really groups of cuddlers that take road trips together to different cities to offer cuddle sessions in areas with few proffesional cuddlers? Does cuddle comfort set that up?
I've come across a number of professional profiles which listed upcoming travel and opportunities to book sessions. I'm new here though, and I haven't heard of the exact scenario you described.
Cuddle Comfort itself does not set anything up other than being a site to connect with others and for people to set up and/or book their own sessions with others.
There are people who travel and cuddle people along the way and/or at their destination. Some people have made plans to travel to areas together but that is usually with people they have made a connection with.
@huggaboo_baby Yes, there are "cuddle tours," but as @LadyVel stated it is not set up by CC. I have traveled with and offered double cuddles with @simsaddict , @CuddlyKitKat @Kitty_Cuddles_ and @Jasmineluvshugs

Not a group but I know a few cuddlers that regularly go on tour when they are off of school.

@Fadi_k cuddlers from the US do occasionally pass through London and I have met a couple.
British cuddle professionals from outside London sometimes come into London to cuddle. Professionals outside London are often willing to discuss travel if they can, since professionals and clients can be a little far apart.
