Pros pay Fees for bookings!

Please be mindful, when your booking a cuddle session🙏🏾. Pros have to pay a fee for every booking that doesnt get canceled. And those fees add up. Please be courteous, is all I ask. Its really not fair to do that to someone that has set aside time for you. Time is precious. Time is the most valuable thing we have. To waste someones time is one of the lowest things you can do.. at least communicate.. or cancel the booking... just dont leave us hangin all the way around. Please 🙏🏾.... ❤️

    This is one of the worst things I have experienced in all my years of cuddling. I am so sad that it hasn't changed from the last time I was. I hope it gets better <3

    I have dealt with a few Pros who unfortunately were pros at ghosting!

    @huggaboo_baby Report them as a no-show; if you have screenshots of anything after that, send them in. Hopefully the mods can reverse it, if you can prove the session didn't take place.

    If they ghost and/or the session doesn't happen, before it charges you cancel the session. We have 2 days after the session occurs to make changes.

    Even if you forget to cancel and it charges you, allow the fee to be charged and then reply to the email receipt requesting a refund. In that email, mention the usernames of both you and the client.
