Things NOT To Watch While Cuddling

People like to say that they'd cuddle and watch movies or anime or things like that... but, for fun, what do you think you SHOULDN'T watch during a cuddle session?

For example, I'm a fan of wrestling (indie and AEW stuff). But I get really heated during matches, especially when my favorite wrestlers show up... I move around and yell a lot lol.

I imagine it's the same thing other sports fans do during baseball or football games. Could you cuddle while watching a football game with your favorite team playing?

    I Definitely should not cuddle while watching the NY Giants. Maybe when they find a winning streak again...

    Ashley shouldn't watch The Silence of the Lambs or Arachniphobia. That light touch on the shoulder might freak someone out.

    I couldn't watch a horror movie while cuddling because I'd just end up burying my face in the other person's shoulder the entire time! I'm a huge coward lol

    Actually, I take it back. @HugBuddy33 is right, there's definitely some movies that are highly sexual, despite not being flat-out porn, that I wouldn't want to watch with cuddle buddies.

    I never ever like to watch TV during a CC cuddle anyway. It’s a distraction from the connection and energy. I’m all about either a great playlist which I have or cuddling in silence.

    Romantic comedies personally put me to sleep so I'd keep away from those types of films

    I could honestly watch most things while cuddling as long as the context is set and the cuddle partner chosen wisely. I like most genres and I like analyzing film and discussing them if people are willing to engage, and cuddling just makes that more enjoyable 🤷🏻‍♀️

    For me, it's kinda like the concept of "doing your own thing separately, together" when with a significant other. The tasks you are actually doing are of little significance, but being able to be together in companionship while you do them is priceless. I could watch horror movies and alternately jump at jump scares, laugh at ridiculousness, and discuss the social commentary behind the gore with the right person, all while snuggled up cozy. Or we could watch a more raunchy film, being able to appreciate aspects of it we maybe couldn't if we were focused on getting turned on, feeling safe in knowing that sexual activity was off the table. We could watch super boring or controversial stuff and use them as points for conversation, or just let them fade into the background while we snuggle. Context and companionship are everything.
