@begoobe I think someone identifying with being a bear, which most people associate with being furry and cuddly, is not likely to scare female cuddlers away. Especially given the whole Man vs Bear debate trend. Not all bears are scary - teddy bears, panda bears, @CharlieBear & @Bear 🤣
@BrotherB3ar if you identify with being a cuddly bear type, especially given your username, by all means include that in your profile. You may just want to watch wording, as "bear" has it's own context in the LGBTQ community 😄 not that you appear the type or that the rest of your profile reads that way, just something to be aware of if you get an influx of DMs along those lines.

@BrotherB3ar messaging a few people isn’t nearly enough. Generally you have to message dozens or possibly maybe hundreds of profiles before you can get some meaningful responses. This is just how it is for us guys. Make sure the people you are messaging show “Last online” as within a week or less.
Message quality is a factor, I haven’t seen what your messages are like, but it’s been made clear by others that a simple “hey how are you” or first messages jumping right into a cuddle request don’t usually get a response
Keep an eye out for cuddle meet up groups. If you can travel, try messaging folks in other areas that catch your interest.
Best approach on here is not to approach messaging thinking “I would really like to cuddle with someone, can that be you”, but rather just try to make friends and get to know people on here, the cuddle request would come much easier and natural after that
If you feel like you can’t wait to cuddle someone the pro route is recommended if that helps in the short term
