Some people use "hugs" in place of "cuddles". I believe the person in question is trying to say they want long-term cuddle partners, not one-offs.

@iamharry The inherent fallacy of the profile is you won’t know until you have a short term hug if you want a long term one. She/he could be a total letdown and you do not want to see them again. So the question is…what is the punishment if you get caught doing short term with a long term cuddler?
