Thank goodness for the us postal service for explaining that stamp, Horses- who woulda thunk. But i actually bought a book of Manatee stamps that's what made me think of it. It's been a long time since I've needed them and I'm not sure my children would ever. But that do know how to write checks and write in cursive. When they ask me why i make them learn such things, i tell them you'll know a secret that none of your friends will know, keep it between us until it's time to use it mwahahaha. Btw has anyone seen my check book?
Gallon jugs of pennies? No. Checks? Yes, but I'd need to be able to deposit the check first, for obvious reasons. Payment plans? I don't see why not, but I would expect the payments to be made prior to cuddling. CashApp/Zelle? Yes.

I vaguely remember Green Stamps. Or I remember my mom getting stamps at Safeway that were then used to buy dinnerware which is probably collectible now. Now I will have to Google to see if Safeway still exist.
I remember my ex being so upset when we went to the bank to try to get the old school travelers checks to find that they are all on cards now

For as long as I can remember there's been a Safeway in Leadville, CO. Pretty sure it's still there. The only Safeway I have ever frequented.
