What do I do about a cuddle session I had booked but the user is now banned?

Unfortunately, nothing can be done. If the appointment was not automatically canceled, you should go ahead and cancel it and write “client was banned before session” in the comment box so that you will not be charged the 15% fee.
It super sucks to feel like your time was wasted, but it really is a gift to know you dodged the bullet of a bad client.
