@Ts544849 Thanks for asking! Apologies for the delayed response; I was out of state for a week and had quite a lot going on.
As far as the United Kingdom portion of our trip, we'll be hitting it all:
England Scotland Wales Northern Ireland
My boyfriend and I are interested in scenic nature & countryside, lakes/lochs, architecture (including cathedrals and castles), museums, small towns, old cemeteries & ruins, monuments & statues, gardens, filming locations & book settings, non-touristy places where the locals live and spend their time...and I personally have every intent of seeing some wandering Dartmoor, Exmoor, and Shetland ponies. 🐴 😊

@achetocuddle I wanted to include my boyfriend's input with my response, but we were out of state for seven days, and had the funeral of a close family friend, a graduation, four family birthdays, and a holiday to get through, first.
🌇 Utah was a blur of delicious food! 🍛
🎡 Nevada was absolutely jam-packed; lots of good times with new and old friends, and meaningful family time. 😌
We now return to your regularly-scheduled programming!

Kent would be a great place to spend some of your English leg.
Canterbury has a wonderful cathedral and is the seat of power for the Anglican Church, plenty of ruins around, an old Abbey and castle.
Rochester, a former home of Charles Dickens. Boosts a tall Norman Keep and a smaller cathedral. In the same conurbation is Chatham Dockyard, used for alot for film and TV.
The rest of Kent is quite green and known as the Garden of England, many other important homes and gardens are spread throughout the county.
My daughter is with family visiting England right now, and I just found out today they were at Stonehenge just about an hour or so before the cretins defaced it with paint.
Just to be clear, it wasn't paint, just coloured cornflour. As far as defacement goes, it could be argued that movement and replacement of the stones in the modern era are a defacement too
