    @g_w_t_w

The mods said not to tag the person you mentioned. Looks like he and two others were timed out but then the person you mentioned was banned.

When a member has been put in forum timeout, creating a new profile to continue posting on the forums is not allowed. (I had no involvement in this.)

  • Oh ok sorry for tagging. & thx for explanation.
Seems like more entitlement to not have to follow the rules. And I saw evidence of that anyway in some messages so, No great loss I guess

  • I hadn’t known him long here but all my interactions seemed very pleasant, despite a difference of opinion on one thread.

Dang woman, you're the only person I've come across with a longer profile than mine! 😅 And from a newbie, no less! Git it, girl!

  • Most of my actions in the morning are not decisions, they're habits.

I take my vitamins and meds, tear off my daily calendar, open the blinds, let the dog out and feed him breakfast, fill my big thermos with water for the day, make ice, start distilling water, and put the dishes away from dinner...

    💊 📆 🪟 🐶🥤🧊💧🍽

At that point, I'm finally ready to start making decisions. 😊

My first decision involves getting out of bed or not. Can often take quite awhile to decide.

  • I begin each day by going for a grinding run on the sand. The first 3 miles I mentally review the day that just ended. Upon turning around I then mentally set up the day ahead. Afterwards, I enjoy a Trenta Iced coffee.

Let my doggo out, then I go ( not out, because that could be problematic with the neighbors).
Brew a cuppa joe or hot tea, then wake kids. Let the heathens figure out it's another school day ( hurray for homeschool!). Most days they join me on the porch and we bird watch.
If they don't join me, I sit in my hammock chair for about 20-30 minutes and soak in the quiet while I dwell on life before I begin the hustle and bustle.

If Oklahoma weather permits I do a brisk 30 minute walk first.

Often times I pull a @Morpheus and decide if I want to get up 45 minutes before my alarm due to the mom bladder.

  • How long will my cat let me sleep before he scratches my eyes out.

  • Hit the snooze button, or get a cup of coffee and read in bed.

I usually get up, brush my teeth and sharpen my tongue.
