Process for eliminating false negative Karma reviews posted on your profile.

I have recently received a negative review from a client who abruptly canceled our session and offered multiple reasons that appeared to be insincere. Upon requesting half of the session fee in accordance with our policy, he adamantly refused, blocked me, and resorted to using offensive language, particularly directed towards women. This review has significantly impacted my ability to generate income. I have reported the incident and provided evidence of his inappropriate behavior. I am curious about the timeline for resolution, as it has been more than 32 hours since the negative feedback was posted on my profile. Is there any further action I can take to have it removed? Any assistance or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Patience. This is a very small site and sometimes things take a few days. It's not a reflection of anything, just that nobody has got to your Report yet. I have noticed that things do tend to take a bit longer over the weekend for obvious reasons.

    False karma is removed routinely, you have done all that needs to be done. I would suggest that if nothing happens after a week, Report again.

    He blocked me too because I dared pointed out (on his now deleted thread) that it says in the client contract that he should pay half the session fee if he cancels with less than 12 hours notice. He was hoping that people would take his side.

    I appreciate the feedback provided by CuddleDuncan and Mike403. Your input is highly valued. It is concerning to witness unprofessional behavior from certain individuals. Initially, there was a lack of transparency on his part, which led me to request reimbursement for half of the session. Had I trusted his sincerity, I would not have taken that action. His inconsistent justifications raise doubts about his integrity, especially considering that I was fully prepared for our session and was ready to make the 45-minute drive to reach him from my location. The most regrettable aspect is that he ultimately chose to block me, refused to pay without providing any reason or explanation, and even left me a negative Karma on my profile, using inappropriate language and showing disrespect. All of this was unnecessary, as I never disrespected him, cursed at him, or insulted him, as he did to me. Despite his behavior, I have chosen not to respond in the same manner and use foul language against him. This behavior to me is low and speaks volumes as to your character.

    That's odd. He blocked me, too. And probably for the same reasons @Mike403 noted above.

    That's where we are today: Hear something you don't like, so have a temper tantrum.

    @TxTom Yep. Maturity, composure and self-restraint are not valued anymore anywhere, so it would seem. But have a temper tantrum or the like and lots of people cheer you. Strange.
