What do you guys think of professionals not putting their most recent pictures but put stuff taken several years ago, where they are not a true representation of how they look now? Is that wrong or right or ???
It's deceptive, but normal. More than a few have 5-10 year old photos. That information should be left in karma after meeting.
Agreed.. it’s disappointing definitely when someone fakes; being honest and giving a true representation of oneself is the best approach.. especially when you are paying someone 😳😳
It doesn't matter to me, but then when I platonically cuddle with someone, I'm vibing off of their personality; how they look doesn't enter into it for me.
If I were oriented toward physical appearance then, yes, I would want a pro's photos to be recent. Otherwise, if I can at least recognize them when they show up, I'm good.
To each their own. 🤷♀️
It's not only the age of the photos, it's the demeanor portrayed as well. Why post pics of yourself looking a certain way and show up completely differently? I remember probably my worst session a two years ago with someone who had amazing photos of her modeling in edgy outfits, sort of like suicide girls. I thought she would be interesting and fun! She showed up, I barely recognized her, looking like she just woke up and put little effort into her appearance. No make up, hair up in a bun, wearing loose-fitting baggy clothes.....and a demeanor to match her outfit. The little effort applied to her conversation and cuddling as well, and when I asked her why she cuddles, her response was "It puts bread on the table". Needless to say, she is no longer on CC.....
I get the perspective that platonic cuddling is not based upon appearance.....but appearance is more than appearance. It includes an energy that is observable in appearance, a gleam in one's eyes, a knowing smile, an outfit that shows just how much you can rock a look, etc. What one looks like does matter to virtually every cuddle client I've spoken to when selecting a pro, and much goes into what the potential client is looking for. It's a complex subject that deserves nuanced conversation....it's certainly not a simple topic.
@beaubliss
Exactly this. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
I have some photos on my profile wearing some outfits that would be way too uncomfortable to cuddle in. I didn’t put them there to make people think I’m going to show up to their door wearing makeup and a dress or Halloween outfit or workout gear. I put those photos there to show people I love adventure; That I’m a fun person. I think just because some people have certain photos on their profile, that doesn’t mean that’s what you’re going to get.
Going to a cuddle with a face full of makeup is a bad idea. The foundation and mascara could end up on your clothing or bedsheets and pillows.
Going to a cuddle in a dress is a bad idea. That’s a big opening for guys to reach around. A lot of guys see that as an invitation to touch inappropriately and if I’m switching positions, I now have to put some of my attention into the clothing during the switching of positions so I don’t reveal all that’s underneath.
Don’t assume that outfits on a profile are what is going to show up to your door. Now, if their attitude is lacklustre, boring and uncaring, yea, that’s unprofessional.
You make some excellent points, @Sheena123....thanks for lending your viewpoint, it will most likely reshape mine
I still think though, that there should be at least one photo the clearly depicts what to expect in person.....
@beaubliss I agree 👍🏻👍🏻
