I SPY.... I Spy a....

Recently I did a search of AZ and Mesa, to see who is cuddling in that place. When I put in a radius of 80 miles I had people from California and Nevada popping up.
It wasnt because they are a two city pro either.

Was I high, or does the site really make mistakes that lead you to look like a person who failed geography?

Do people cancel others because they may not know the landscape and geo position of towns in other places? πŸ˜‚
If people start the geography cancel culture, who will remain standing when the dust clears.....???😲.....πŸ‘€......πŸ₯......πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡².......πŸ—ΊοΈ.......πŸ₯‡

It might be possible that the algorithm uses 80 miles in a straight line through the earth (not across the surface). Starting at the Arizona border.

I have noticed a similar phenomenon.

  • When I travel, I typically add my destination as a Second Location. I've noticed that even after I'm back home and have removed that second location, I'll get brand new messages from people there, asking about cuddling. At first, I thought maybe they had clicked on me earlier and just took their sweet time writing me. But I finally figured it out.

When you have been listed in a location, the search function doesn't look at it in "live" mode. It looks at it by Last Online.

If I was in Orlando, Florida, left eight days ago, and removed it right then from my locations, I will continue to show up in searches when people select Last Online "Less than a month ago". Because I was online in Florida within the past month. But if they searched "Less than a week ago", my account would not be included in the search results, because I removed the location eight days prior.

While I understand how this works, because it shows a true representation of who was online in a given place in a given time frame, it seems like a programming opportunity, as it just leads to confusion. I believe profiles should fall off search results for a location as soon as the user removes that location. @Gary
