Shorts and a t shirt, I'm a simple man, plus I'm also a furnace, so I gotta stay cool, portable ac best investment I ever made. Plus I keep things professional.
This has been my outfit pretty much every single time
A ghillie suit. JK. Gym shorts and a soft tee.

I’m generally in a sleep cami/tank and pj pants.
I haven’t trying pj pants yet usually shorts and a tee shirt (I’m in Az) when it gets a little cooler I will

I almost always wear leggings, and a crew-neck t-shirt, so I don't have to worry about flashing a ton of cleavage every time we change positions. I wear flip-flops so I can easily kick them off for the cuddle, and I always make sure I've had a recent pedicure.
As far as what my cuddle friends wear, I guess for guys I would honestly prefer jeans over shorts or sweatpants, for the thicker layer of "protection" between me and any reactions he may have. A soft t-shirt is always nice. And I do prefer they wear socks, because guys don't tend to get a courtesy pedicure, like I do. 😅
For girls, I prefer they also wear a shirt that keeps their cleavage off me. Beyond that, I don't care, as long as they're fully clothed.

Thank you @SunsetSnuggles - leggings sound nice and comfy, I wear a full not v tee shirt too simply for that reason (I learned after one tank top session) and a comfortable full sports bra and sleep shorts - Flip flops 🩴 for sure So far all my cuddle buddies have worn tee shirts and shorts No socks yet
I have a ton of cute cuddle outfits sitting and waiting for me to be able to budget them… in an online shopping cart. In the mean time I just go with plain Jane shorts and a tank top from Walmart. Usually a sweater, hoodie or kimono style wrap (in summertime) for layers in case it’s too cold or too hot for me. Always flip flops … in case you need a quick exit. Even if I don’t wear flip flops to the session I have some in my bag.
I prefer basketball shorts and a shirt, but I'm open to other outfits if it makes the other person more comfortable i.e wearing jeans or a sweater. Im usually cozy in any outfit
I have a free hugs shirt. That should break the ice well enough before a cuddle session. Haven't worn it in public since covid, though.
I like to cuddle in a full suit of armor and then get a good knights sleep.

I do like the scuba suit @WestsideMarc 🤿 seems like it would defeat a lot of the purpose of cuddling ....or at least be pretty squeaky and ruin the ambiance 😜
