Men have to pay a monthly fee, to be a Pro. Women have a percentage of their earnings taken by the site.
Male Pro's are rare because there is extremely low demand for them. Female Pro's are in high demand, and can charge double or triple what a male could hope to charge.
This site, overall, is filled with male enthusiasts and female Pro's. Female enthusiasts like myself are rare...most want to monetize the gender disparity.
