People reaching out to ask about sessions with pro’s

Recently I had a member reach out to inquire about a session in had with a pro.

Is this normal? Is it acceptable? I felt it was a tad creepy and a bit suspicious. Am I wrong?

Don’t answer. I have had that happen pretty frequently and they are fishing to see if someone offers extras.

  • The reason you don’t want to answer is they can use your name to leverage your cuddler, even if you said nothing non-platonic. I usually give the cuddler they are asking about a heads up.

    Sounds very phishy to me.

  • It depends on what they ask. I once reached to someone since I had safety concerns regarding the cuddler and the area where they were hosting. They responded politely, answer my questions and I thanked them.

@Sooson I would tell the person to use Google street view if they want to know about the neighborhood. Point is—a session I had is between me and the cuddler. I know her, I don’t know him.

    @TheFunCartel 👍👍👍👍

Besides, such info is protected by Cuddler/ Cuddlee Privacy Act...Yes, I just made that up!😜

    BUT!☝️

Mention the Cuddler/Cuddlee Privacy Act WITH CONVICTION, said nosy inquirers will likely believe you and go away altogether. Lol

    Give it a try y'all!😊

  • Normal. It’s just a background check.

  • @panda619 Not normal. It would be unsettling to think of a random stranger asking someone I’ve cuddled with about me without my knowledge. It crosses a boundary of privacy and trust that’s crucial in any personal or professional relationship. Such behavior would make me feel uncomfortable and concerned about my safety and confidentiality.

  • @TeaCuddle One pro I notified really appreciated the heads up because it was someone she had a restraining order against.

  • Not normal, hardly ever appropriate.

  • @TheFunCartel Funny you say that: looking at google images is actually what prompted me to reach out. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking /sharing info related to safety.

Pros ask and talk to each other about men all the time. Why can't we? Ok to ask, ok not to answer. I personally never asked nor shared with other men information about a session.

is the person they’re asking about someone who you have given karma to?

If that’s the case seems normal to me I’ve even seen it suggested in forums

  • @sooson Unfortunately the next person who asks about safety regarding a cuddler will be the first in my experience. My policy now days is to see who it is and tell the cuddler. Women have far more to worry about from a male than Vice versa. I have questioned a neighborhood before, and I didn’t ask anyone about it. I did the same as I do with anything else that feels off—I move on to the next person .

Every inquiry I received about requesting information about another cuddler was perceived as completely inappropriate. I automatically block the person. This is not just protection for me. I am thinking about the cuddlers that I have established relationships with.

Another enthusiast told me about their experience with others (here on CC) reaching out via private messaging, asking whether or not certain women enthusiasts/Pros "put out" while cuddling...Gross!🤢

  • Just happened to me the other day. I contacted the woman whom I had cuddled with ... and we both immediately blocked the inquirer. Not cool at all ... especially the direct question he asked me. So inappropriate. The pro I gave the heads up to was very appreciative.

@TheFunCartel @MattMiles Thanks for keeping this community on the up and up.

  • If the person is polite, not a total newbie, and has some karma of their own, I'll answer any and all appropriate questions. That's what a community is for, and I get it. I've had people ask about the geographic location, about the session itself, about the pro cuddler.

I answer their appropriate questions, the same way I would answer questions about my plumber or my dentist or my mechanic. I have also been the one asking the questions, and have appreciated the answers I received.

It's uncommon for me but it does happen. The majority of the such enquiries are nefarious as has already been mentioned. I always inform the subject of the enquiry and tell her the username of the enquirer.

My usual practice is to reply. I have received one or two genuine requests, usually from nervous newbies, but the commonest outcome is that I end up Reporting the enquirer. In such cases they are usually banned. Not for the messages to me, which are always couched in ambiguous or neutral terms, but presumably for what the mods discover when they look into the account.
