I think they call it election certification that’s done through the Electoral College.
That certifies results of the election. There is still no certification for being a president. I think people are missing the point. I am speaking about “training certification” like the cuddling certification. There really is no certification that says you are aware of the duties of the office, the parameters thereof, or what it even means to be president. Any John Doe who is over 35 and an American citizen can be president if they can buy enough votes. Doesn’t mean they know how to do squat.
