Why did they remove the rules from under the chatbox???

As a Professional I am often solicited for inappropriate services and I felt like having the rules DIRECTLY under the conversation at all times really reinforced that the rules are in no way a suggestion.
To be honest it feels a bit shady that they were taken down. Thoughts?

When pros message a client it is not there but anyone messaging a pro, it is there.

Sometimes I see it there when I chat with a pro and sometimes I don't. I would prefer it won't be there. Leave the door open to those who are bound to fail for them to fail. Better off finding out about their intention when they reach out to you, then only finding out about it when they are at your door.
