Castlevania: Symphony of the Night was a top tier PS1 game but the voice acting was atrocious.
Any early PS1 game because they just got random people to do the voices.
Pokémon due to the lack of voice acting. In the later games, especially Sword and Shield, it gets super dialogue heavy and without voice overs feels awkward
