I feel the only difference between cuddling people and animals is that you can't have the social connection of talking, personally I'm not into paying someone to cuddle me, to me a better investment would be a pet, I have 2 cats and a dog, one cat is kind of shy but the both the dog and the male cat want constant attention which I really enjoy. Are pets a sufficient substitute for most people when it comes to getting cuddles in?

    I have three cats, two of whom are great cuddlers, but no, it's really not the same feeling as being with another person.

    I love my animals, all animals, really. And I talk to them a lot. They probably understand more than we really know. I have 8 cats. 3 adults and kittens that are 20 weeks now. An older dog as well. I'm a mom to multiples you could say. 😁 And I am trying to shake the, counting the kittens ages by weeks, but I'm still keeping track so. 😄 I took in a stray, and found out, lo and behold, she was pregnant. And I can't fathom idea of sending them to new homes or splitting them up. It's fine, I will go ahead and just embrace the cat lady archetype. My cuddle clients are warned ahead of time. 😄 The pic of the kittens is of when they are younger but it's hard to get a photo with all of them together.

    I believe if they were, this site would not be so busy. Pets are extremely easy to come by...human affection, certainly not so much.

    Just curious, did your cat have surgery? I noticed the tops of its little legs are shaved...gives it cute mittens, though! 😁

    For me personally, my cat's cuddles are absolutely equivalent to a human's cuddles. I have conversations with her and she responds, she wraps her little arms/legs around my neck to hug me, we watch shows together, and she likes singing along to music😂 I've got a cat with a suspiciously human personality and mannerisms. Sometimes she's even the big spoon!





    For most people, I would say no, pets aren't a sufficient substitute for human interaction. For me, they absolutely are😊

    Yes, he had gotten into the garbage and eaten something he shouldn't have, he was actually close to de@th but luckily pulled through, he also had something called garbage gut from eating random junk lol , this was a while ago, he's better now but I still catch him trying to eat plastic semi regularly.

    My little dog wraps his front legs around my arm in a "hug", too, it's so sweet. 🫠

    I would love to have a "suspiciously human" cat. 😅 The talking cat clips slay me.

    A couple of friends at my local bike shop. They tend to perk up whenever they see me and I enjoy socializing with them very much. The closer one is named Joyce, and sadly the other one has no name, but I've taken to calling her Jormie. 🥰
